AND NOW, this
�� day of June, 2015, upon consideration of
Petitioner's Motion for Hearing and Evaluation and the response of Calene M. Clouse,
the court determines that it is necessary to order an independent evaluation pursuant to
20 Pa.C.S. § 5511(d). Therefore, Dr. Christopher D. Royer is appointed to conduct an
independent evaluation to determine the capacity of Calene M. Clouse and to determine
the nature and extent of any alleged incapacities and disabilities as well as her mental,
emotional and physical condition, adaptive behavior and social skills.
Counsel for Calene M. Clouse shall ensure that an appointment is scheduled
with Dr. Royer within thirty (30) days of this order. Prior to the evaluation, the parties
shall supply Dr. Royer with copies of previous evaluations. Dr. Royer shall submit his
report to counsel and the court as soon as practicable prior to the hearing of this matter.
Cost for the evaluation shall be shared equally by the parties.
Petitioner's request for a hearing on July 8, 2015 is DENIED; however, a hearing
shall commence August 21, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom Number 1, Cumberland
,w County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
