here��eva�ng and making void aIl former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
Item I. I direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner comesponding with my estate
and situation in life and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as
soon as conveniectly rnay be zfter my demise.
Item II. I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whatever the nature of such property may be whether real, personal or mixed, to my beloved
daughters, one third (I/3 %) to each daughter, JILL PETERSON, SUSAN DEREMER,
WENDY FRONTE, provided that they are living on the thirtieth day after the day of my death.
However, if my estate is over $300,000 at my death, I want each of my beloved
grandchildren, TIMOTHP PETERSON, NICHOLAS FRONTE, CODY DEREMER,
BRANDY FRONTE, CALEY DEREMER, and JOSEPH FRONTE, to be given $15,000 then
the remainder of the estate is to be divided equally by my beloved daughters. If my estate is
under $300,000, but over $200,000 at my death, I want each of my beloved grandchildren to be
given $10,000 then the remainder of my estate is to be divided equally by my beloved
daughters. Tf my estate is under $200,000 then I want each of my grandchildren to be given
$5,000 then the remainder of my estate is to be divided equally by my beloved daughters.
If I have not previously given away my coins, then I prefer them to be divided by my three
daughters, and not sold. If they can not agree on the division of the coins� then the coins should

be sold and the proceeds divided equally by my three daughters. If I previously have not given
away my guns, then I prefer them to be divided by my three daughters, and not sold if they can
not agree on [he dividing of the guns, then the guns are to be sold and the proceeds are to be
divided equally.
Item III. In the event that any one of my daughters does not survive me, or does not
survive me by said period of thirty days, I thus give, devise, and bequeath their share of all the
rest, residue, and the remainder of their share of my estate, whatever the namre of such property
may be, whether real, personal or mixed, equal shares, share alike, per stirpes, to their children.
Jill's share is to go to her son. Susan's share is to be divided by her two children. Wendy's
share is to be divided by her three children. And if any ofthe children are under age 21, then
the childreds father is to be custodian, under the Pennsylvania Uniformed Minors act, for the
children.
Item IV. I nominate, constiwte and appoint my three daughters, JILL PETERSON,
SUSAN DEREMER, WENDY FRONTE to serve joiotly or separately, as executrixes, and if
one of them caunot serve, or does not want to serve, they can serve separately.
I do hereby give to my Executors hereof full power, discretion and authority at anytime
or times to sell, at private or public sale, mortgage, lease, pledge, exchange or otherwise deal
with or dispose of the property comprising my estate upon such terms as the Executor hereof
deems best, to settle and compound any and al] deeds, mortgages, contracts, leases, bills of sale
or other instruments necessary or desirable therefore, without bond.
