I,LOUI5E ROMBERGER,(a.k.a.Ruth Louise Rombecgc�)of the Borough
of Camp Hi1L Cumberland Counry, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
though I realize the uncertainty of this life, I have full confidence and tmst in my I.ord and Savior,
Jesi�s Christ, in His dcath on the cross for my sins and in His shed blood as an atonement for my
soul; and 1 know by faith that because of His sacrifice on the cross for me ] have etcmal lile, do
hercby make this Will, hereby revoking all my former Wills and Codicils:
Article One: Taugible Versonal Property:
§l.l I bequeath atl of my ta�igible personal property in accordance with t6c tenns
of a personal property memorandum I may prepare. If no such memorandum is]ocatcd or received
by the Pxecutor within 60 days afte� being appointed as such, afrer conducting a reasonable swrch
for such memorandum, the Executor shall be held hamiless fo� dist�ibuting such property as
hereinaIle[p[ovided.
§12 i bequeath such property not disposed of by such memorandum, or all of such
property if no such memorandum is loceced or received, to my daughter, Lois A. DeHart of
Mechanicsburg,PA, and my son,Kenneth L. Romberger of Fall River Mi➢s, CA, per stirpes, to be
divided between [hem in as nearly equal shues as thcy agree. In the event of irreconcilablc
disagreement benveen them,they shall take aLtemate tums selecting individuaL items with the oldest
child making the first selection. Any items not so selected shalL be sold and the procceds shall pass
as a part of my �esiduary estate.
§13 To the extent praeticable in the F,xecutor's sole discretion, i bequeath any
policies of insurance on such property w the beneficiary entitled to such property.

§l A I direct that the cxpenses of storing packing,shipping, insuring and delive�ing
any such property to the beneSciary rntitled thereto shall be paid by thc Executor as an
administrative expcnse of my estate.
Article Two: Residue:
§2.1 I devise and bequeath all the residue of nry estate of whatever naturc a�id
whcrc ever situatcd to be divided atid dist�ibuted to my children, Lois A. DeHari and Kenneth L.
Romberger, pe� stirpcs.
§22 If I am not su�vived by any issue,per stirpes,then I bequeatl�my entire estate
as a c6aritable bequcst to Camp Hill Presbyteriao Church, 101 N. 24th Street, Camp Hill, PA for
[hc Christian minis[ry of the church.
Articic Three: Provision for Debts and Expenses:
§3.1 I direct that any of my IegaLly enforceabLe debts, any expe�ses of my last
illness, fu�eral and burial, and any of the administrative expenses of my estate shall bc paid from
the pi�incipal of that portion of my estate disposed of by Article Two of this W ill.
Article Four: Provision for Taxes:
§4.1 All estare taxes, inheritance taxes, transfer taxes and other taxes of a simila�
namre payable by reason of my death to any government o�subdivision thereof upon or with respect
to any proper[y subject ro any such tax (`Death Tazces"), and any penalties thereon, shall be paid
by the �xecutor out of tlte principal of[hat portion of my estate disposed of by Article "Cwo of this
W il I, and all interest with�espect to any such taxes shall be paid by the Bxecutor out of the income
or principal or paztly out of the income and partly out of the principal of such portion of my estate,
in the absolute discretion of the Execu[or, wi[hout reimbursement from or apportiocunent among
the beneficiaries, recipieuts or ownecs of such proper[y for any such taxes,penalties or interest.
Article Five: Appointment of Fidueiaries:
§5.1 I appoint my daughter, Lois A. DeHart, as Execulrix of Ihis Will. If I.ois A.
DeHart is u�able o�unwilling to act or coutinue to act, for any reason whatsoever, 1 appoint my soq
Kenneth L. Romberger, ficst, continge�t Executor. All references herein to the "Exeeutor" shall
mcan my originally appointed Execut�ix or my successor Executor, as the case may be.

Article Six: Yowers of Filluciaries:
§6.1 No fiduciuy under this Will shall be required to give bond or othe� secu�ity for
the faidiful performanee of the tiduciary's duties.
§6.2 A�y such frduciary shall have the following powers, in addition m those given
by law:
§62.1 To invest in,accept and retain arry real or personal properry, includi�g
srock of a corporate fiduciary or its holding company, without restriction to lcgal
investments;
� §6.2.2 To sell, exchange,partition o�lease for any period of time any real or
personal property and to give options therefor for cash or eredit, with or without
security;
§623 To borrow money from any person ineluding any fiduciary acting
hereunder, and to mortgage or pledgc any rcal or personal proper[y;
§62A To hold s6ares of stock or othc� securities in mmincc registration
form, including that of a clearing corporation or depository,or in book entry form or
unrcgistered or in such other form as will pass by delivery;
§6.2.5 To engage in litigation and compmmisc,azbitcate or abandon claims;
§62.6 To make distributions in cash, or in kind at current values, or partly
in each,allocating specific assets to particulaz dist�ibutes on a non-pro rata basis, and
foc such purposes to make reasonable determinations of ciuxent values;
§62.7 To make electio�s, decisio�s, concessions and settleme�ts in
connection with aIL income, estate, inheritauce, gift or other tax �etums and the
payment of such tares, without obligation to adjust the dist�ibutive share of income
or pcincipal of any person affected thereby; and
§62.8 To disclaim any interest I may have in any estatc if die Executo�
deems such disclaimer ro be in the best interests of my estate and the beneficiarics
thercof.
Article Seventh: Miscellaneous Provisions:
§7.1 As i�scd in this Will, the tecm"Intemal Revenue Code" shall mean the Internal
Revenue Code of 1986,as amended from time to time,or the coiresponding provision of subsequent
law.

§72 Any amoonts or assets which are payable or distributable to a minor or
inco�npeten[hereunder may, at the discretion of my fiduciaries, be paid or distributed to the parcnt
or guacdian of such mino� or incompetent, to the person with whom such minoc o� incompetcnt
resides, or direcdy ro such minor or incompetent, or may be applied lor the use or benefit of such
minor or i�compe[ent.
§73 No interest of any beneficiary hercunder shall be subject to anticipation.

within thirty (30) days afle� any other person thc survival of whom determines his or her rights
hereunde�, then such bencficiary shall be deemed to have predeceased me or such other person for
all purposes heeeunder.
