Bogardus, R IS HEREBY DECREEDthat the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount of
$23,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth. Petitioner is directed to comply with
Local Rule 359'.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. §3351 & §3354, no proceeds
of real estate shall be paid to the personal representative until the court has made an
order excusing her from entering additional security or if the court requires additional
security, only after the personal representative has entered the additional security.
