NORTH, of Carlisle, Cumberland Count-, Pennsyvania:, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publiW and nom^ declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executrix or Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, out of my residuary estate. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, in equal shares, to my daughters, VICTORIA N. HOLBROOK, CYNTHIA S. ROCHE and KATHLEEN E. RUEGG. Should any of my children predecease me, the issue of said child shall take the share of the deceased child, per stirpes. In calculating the shares of my children, my Executor is directed to take into account that I gave my daughter, KATHLEEN E. RUEGG an advancement of Twelve Thousand Two Hundred ($12.200.00) Dollars in 1996. In equalizing the shares of my daughters, this sum shall be treated as an advancement on her inheritance, such that considering this sum in conjunction with the additional sums due her from my estate, the total shall be equal to the amounts received by my other two daughters. LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughters, VICTORIA N. HOLBROOK, CYNTHIA S. ROCHE and KATHLEEN E. RUEGG, jointly to serve as the Executrices of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that any of my daughters are unwilling or unable to serve as Executrix for any reason, I appoint my other daughters or daughter to serve as Executrix. Although I wish all of my three children to share authority as my Executrix, it is my anticipation that VICTORIA and CYNTHIA may wish to appoint KATHLEEN, by Power of Attorney, to have authority to sign the documents necessary to process the estate.
