I, AUDREY T. FREEMAN, of. 115 Valley Greene Circle,
Wyomissing, Berks County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, , memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and do hereby
revoke any and all Testamentary Writings by me at any time here-
tofore made.
ITEM 1 . I order and direct that my hereinafter named
Executors to pay all my legally enforceable debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be done.
ITEM 2 . I hereby request that my body be cremated and that
my funeral services be conducted , at a cost and in a manner
commensurate with my estate and situation in life, and thereafter
my remains be buried at PLEASANT VIEW CEMETERY.
ITEM 3 . All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
real, personal; and mixed of whatsoever nature and wheresoever

situate, which I may own or have the power to dispose of at the
time of my decease, I give, devise and bequeath unto my four (4)
children as follows :
(1) ONE--FOURTH (1/4) thereof unto my daughter,
KAREN FREEMAN RAILING, or if she should
predecease me, then unto her three brothers
equally;
(2) ONE-FOURTH (1/4) thereof unto my son, WADE
FREEMAN or his issue, per stirpes;
(3) ONE-FOURTH (1/4) thereof unto my son, NEIL
FREEMAN or his issue, per stirpes;
(4) ONE-FOURTH (1/4) , thereof unto my son, CRAIG
FREEMAN or his issue, per stirpes .
ITEM 5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, KAREN FREEMAN RAILING, Executrix of this, my Last Will
and Testament, however if she should be deceased, unable or
unwilling to act then I appoint my son WADE FREEMAN, Executor in
het -place _and steal:
ITEM 6. I hereby request that, if available, the services of
FORRY, ULLMAN, ULLMAN & FORRY, .P.C. be retained in the settlement
of my estate.
