I give and devise any interest 1 may own at my death in my residential real estate located at 1003 Forge Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17015, and all insurance policies on said real estate to my son, James L. Marshall, if he survives me by thirty days, free and clear of any encumbrance thereon at my death including, without limitation, mortgages, liens, tax arrearages and assessments, which encumbrances shall be paid as debts of my Estate, providing he survives me by thirty days. Should he predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I give and devise said real estate to my daughter-in- law, Jeri L. Marshall, living on the thirty-first day following my death. Second: Conditional Bequest. I give and bequeath the sum of ten thousand 10 000. dollars to g q ($ ) � my daughter, Kathy G.
