I, WALTER N. SHELLENBERGER, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and revoke any
Will previously made by me.
ITEM I. 1 devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my
wife, RUTH V. SHELLENBERGER, if she survives me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM H. Should my wife, RUTH V. SHELLENBERGER, fail to survive me by thirty
(30) days, I bequeath my household, personal effects, and.other tangible personalty of like nature (not
including cash or securities), together with any existing insurance thereon to such of my children as are
living on the thirty-first (31st) day after my death to be divided among them by my Executor with due
regard for their personal preferences and as in nearly equal shares as practical.
ITEM III. Should my wife, RUTH V. SHELLENBERGER, fail to survive me by thirty
(30) days, I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as
follows:
A. One-Fourth (114) thereof to my son, DONALD J. SHELLENBERGER, if he
survives me by thirty (30) days. If the said DONALD J. SHELLENBERGER fails to survive me by
thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath his share to his spouse if she survives me by thirty (30) days.
Should neither my son, DONALD J. SHELLENBERGER, nor his spouse survive me by thirty (30)
days, I devise and bequeath his share to his issue, per stirpes, who survive me by thirty (30) days and in
default of such issue, his share shall be added to and treated as a part of the other shares created under
this Item III.

B. One-Fourth (1/4) thereof to my daughter, MARIE A. HAWKS, if she survives
me by thirty (30) days. If the said MARIE A. HAWKS fails to survive me by thirty (30) days, I
devise and bequeath her share to her spouse if he survives me by thirty (30) days. Should neither my
daughter, MARIE A. HAWKS, nor her spouse survive me by thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath
her share to her issue, per stirpes, who survive me by thirty (30) days and in default of such issue, her
share shall be added to and treated as a part of the other shares created under this Item III.
C. One-Fourth (1/4) thereof to my daughter, SUE J. KOTALIK, if she survives me
by thirty (30) days. If the said SUE J. KOTALIK fails to survive me by thirty (30) days, I devise and
bequeath her share to her spouse if he survives me by thirty (30) days. Should neither my daughter,
SUE J. KOTALIK, nor her spouse survive me by thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath her share to
her issue, per stirpes, who survive me by thirty (30) days and in default of such issue, her share shall be
added to and treated as a part of the other shares created under this Item III.
D. One-Fourth (1/4) thereof to my daughter, NANCY J. WISSLER, if she survives
me by thirty (30) days. If the said NANCY J. WISSLER fails to survive me by thirty (30) days, I
devise and bequeath her share to her spouse if he survives me by thirty (30) days. Should neither my
daughter, NANCY J. WISSLER, nor her spouse survive me by thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath
her share to her issue, per stirpes, who survive me by thirty (30) days and in default of such issue, her
share shall be added to and treated as a part of the other shares created under this Item III.
ITEM IV. I appoint DONALD J. SHELLENBERGER, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
guardian of any property which passes, either under this Will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect
to which I am authorized to appoint guardians and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided
that this appointment of a guardian shall not apply to property distributable to a minor for whom I have
otherwise made special provision and provided further that this appointment of a guardian shall not
supersede the right of any fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or
to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as
income from time to time for the minor's support or education (including college education, both
graduate and undergraduate) without regard for his or her parent's ability to provide for such support

and education, and to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or
to the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.
ITEM V. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed as a consequence of my death,
of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate provided that any taxes on the Revocable Trust
created by me and my wife may be paid from the assets of that Trust as provided therein.
ITEM VI. I appoint my wife, RUTH V. SHELLENBERGER, Executrix of this my
last will. Should my wife, RUTH V. SHELLENBERGER, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix,
I appoint DONALD J. SHELLENBERGER, Executor of this, my Last Will.
ITEM VII. I direct that my Executrix or Guardian and their successors shall not be
required to give bond for the faithful performance of its duties in any jurisdiction.
