IN RE: DENNIS NIELSEN IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF
& CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this day of JULY, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that DENNIS NIELSEN and JODY
HANN will apply on AUGUST 7, 2015 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that
extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said
license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under
Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
