appointment of an emergency temporary guardian of the estate\person of Marilyn L. Meeks is
necessary and further the Court finds that notice to the Alleged Incapacitated Person is not feasible in
the circumstances for such appointment, Gregory T. Meeks is appointed guardian of the estate\person
of Margin L. Meeks pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §5513. This Order expires on
