AFFIDAVIT
I, David R. Galloway, Esquire, counsel for the Estate of Meriam Leoria Rodgers, aka
Mexiam L. Rodgers make the following statemeut under oath:
I am awaze that Chazles E. Rodgers signed the Bond and Surety for Personal
Representative in the amount of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000) DOLLARS in the name of the
Commonweal[h after it was issued by State Farm Fire a�d Casualty and know of no ceason why
the timing of that signature invalidates the bond in any manner.
