following:
1. This matter was initiated by Petition, filed on April 16, 201�5, �y Petitioner Matt Linn.
2. A hearing is scheduled for July 8, 2015, at 10:3Q AM in front c f the Honorable Judge
Placey.
3. Counsel for Petitioner is requeting a continuance until a cc,��ivr;,a�ient date for this Court
after Labor Day, Spetember 7, 2015.

object to the duration of the proposed continuance.
