DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 7th day of July, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant
of Letters and an Affidavit filed by Cynthia J. Lewis, for the above decedent and the
instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated February 6,
2006, and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given
consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications
and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument shall be admitted to probate as The Last Will
and Testament of James S. Lewis as originally typewritten. The inked circles appearing
throughout the document are not admitted to probate as they were made by Cynthia J.
Lewis, Executrix, as per her sworn affidavit. These marks do not change the content of
the Will.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Cynthia
J. Lewis. She shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law. �, �
