AND: Richard E. Findley,Executor of the Estate of Janine R. Findley hereafter known as _
RELEASEE.
WHEREAS, Janine R_ Findley, late of Township of Southamtpon, Shippensburg, Cumberland
County,Pennsylvania,died on November 18,2013,testate; and
WHEREAS,Letters Testamentary were granted on December 27, 2013, by the Register of Wills,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Richard E. Findley to Estate File No. 21-2013-1343, and
duly advertised in the Cumberland County Legal Journal and The News Chronicle Company and
WHEREAS, the Releasor has had all questions, legal issues and concerns answered during the
course of the administration of this estate and have no present questions or concerns whatsoever,
and
WHEREAS,based on the above,the said Releasor now wishes to waive the filing of a formal First
and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans, Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania.

NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that, in order to facilitate the closing
of the estate and to save the court fees and legal expenses which would be incurred by the filing of
a formal First and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division
of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by the attorney for the
estate, and in consideration of the settlement of the estate by the residuary Releasor, the
undersigned Releasor does hereby approve the settlement and does excuse Richard E. Findley,
Executor from any duty to file a formal First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of
Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, or in any other jurisdiction; the undersigned do f-nrther release, remise,
quitclaim and forever discharge Richard E. Findley, Executor and from all liabilities, suits,
actions, claims and Demands for or by reason of her administration of the Estate of Janine R
Findley.
