I, FRANK P. BRANDT, of Upper Mifflin Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke
any Will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of
every nature and wherever situate as follows:
One-sixth (1/6) thereof to be divided by my
daughter, Marian A. Nelson and her children, with Marian A.
Nelson to receive one-half (~) of the one-sixth (1/6) share and
her children to divide equally the remaining one-half (~) of the
one-sixth (1/6) share; one-sixth thereof to be divided by
my daughter, Carol E. Hershey and her children, with Carol E.
Hershey to receive one-half (~) of the one-sixth (1/6) share and
her children to divide equally the remaining one-half (~) of the
one-sixth (1/6) share; (1/6) thereof to my daughter, Jean L.
Bowman; one-sixth (1/6) thereof to my son, Franklin R. Brandt;
one-sixth (1/6) thereof to my son, Dana P. Brandt; and the
rema~n~ng one-sixth (1/6) thereof to my son, Larry J. Brandt.
Should any of my children predecease me, I devise and bequeath
his or her share to such deceased child's issue, per stirpes, and
if said deceased child shall have no issue then living, I direct
that such share shall be added to the shares established herein
for my other children.
ITEM II: I appoint Franklin R. Brandt, of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, Guardian of any property which passes either under
this Will or otherwise to a m~nor child of Marion A. Nelson.
ITEM III: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed ~n
consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.

any Will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of
every nature and wherever situate as follows:
One-sixth (1/6) thereof to be divided by my
daughter, Marian A. Nelson and her children, .with Marian A.
Nelson to receive one-half (-Ii) of the one-sixth (1/6) shaTe and
her children to divide equally the remaining one-half (~) of the
one-sixth (1/6) share; one-sixth thereof to be divided by
my daughter, Carol 'E. Rershey and her childr~:n.'with Carol E.

that such share shall be added to the shares established herein
for my other children.
ITEM II: I appoint Franklin R. Brandt, of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, Guardian of any property which passes either under
this Will or otherwise to a minor child of Marion A. Nelson.
ITEM III: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed) shall be paid from my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
