LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LOIS R. ESSIG
I,LOIS R. ESSIG, currently of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.

I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same
can conveniently be done.
2.
I hereby direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed,
whatsoever and wheresoever situate be divided and distributed in equal shares as follows, to wit:

In the event any of the above-named children predecease me, then his or her share, as the case
may be, shall go to his or her issue,per stirpes. In the event any of my above-named children
predecease me and he or she is not survived by issue, then his or her share, as the case may be, shall go
to his or her siblings, in equal proportions. In the event any of those siblings have also predeceased me
and have been survived by issue, then such issue shall take his or her parent's proportional share.

1 nominate, constitute and appoint my son, MORGAN R. ESSIG, to be the Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament. In the event that he is unable or unwilling to act as Executor, I appoint my
son, MICHAEL C. ESSIG, to be Executor in his place and stead. In the event that he is unable or
unwilling to act as Executor, I appoint my daughter, MARCIA L. ESSIG ROCK, to be Executrix in his
place and stead. In the event she is not able or willing to so serve, I appoint the ORRSTOWN BANK,
in her place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to file bond or other security in the
Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.

As a discretion and guide to my Executor, I make it known hereby that, so far as circumstances
as they exist at the time of my passing make it reasonable and feasible to do so, in the sole discretion of
my Executor, it is my wish that my residential property at 309 South Arch Street in the Borough of
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania be made available for purchase to any of my above-
named children. In the event more than one of my above-named children is interested in purchasing the
said property, then a private auction shall be held among them. The highest bidder shall be permitted to
purchase the premises. However, such high bidder must bid an amount at least equal to a professional
appraiser's fair market valuation. In the event none of my children is interested, then my Executor may
sell the same to my neighbor, William Wire, if he be interested, at a price to be at least the same as said
fair ►narket value appraisal. Otherwise, my Executor may proceed to market and sell the said property in
the manner he, she, or it deems best.
