AND NOW, this zO day of , 2015, upon consideration of the
attached Petition to Receive Real 0state and Personal Property By Personal
Representative Pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. §3356, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED
that the Court's Clerk and Barry R. Simmons, Administrator of the Estate of Walter J.
Brashear, execute and deliver to Barry R. Simmons, a fiduciary deed to the real estate
known and numbered as 295 Pine Hill Extension, Enola, Pennsylvania 17028 (Tax Parcel
ID 09-12-2988-00172) in the form and substance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" in
accordance with the Family Settlement Agreement dated August 6, 2014. It is further
ORDERED and DECREED that the Farm Equipment located on the real estate known
and numbered as 295 Pine Hill Extension, Enola, Pennsylvania 17028 shall be transferred
and distributed to Barry R. Simmons in accordance with the Family Settlement
Agreement dated August 6, 2014.
