� � ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this day of July 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Settlement of Small Estate, and upon representation from counsel that the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania would be satisfied with an Order settling the small
estate to distribute a final payment, it is hereby ORDERED that the Petitioner distribute
the remaining $16,405.36 of the decedent's property under §3102 and §3392 of the
Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Code to Natalie Russ.
This decree of distribution shall constitute sufficient authority to all transfer
agents, registrars and others dealing with the property of the estate to recognize Natalie
Russ as entitled to receive the property without administration and shall, in all respects,
have the same effect as a decree of distribution after an accounting by a personal
representative.
