2, The above-�eferenced estate was opened on July 8. 2008, with I-etters of
Adminis[ration being gcanted to Ruth Trimble on that date.
3. The estate was opened in ocder to pursue a personal injury and wrongfiil death
litigation claim.
4. Ruth Trimble, aka,Ruth M.Trimble,no longer wishes to pursue[he litigation or to
administer the estate of Mack A.Trimble. See Exhibit A.
5, Attorney Mark A. Mateya cespectfully requests leave of Couft to Withdcaw from
this escate mattei.
