1. Decedent. Anna M. Stuek, died on Novembec 2, 2014. A Death Certifieate
is attached heceto as Exhibit"A."
2. Al the time of hec death, Decedent residul at 138 Salem Church Road,
Hampden Townshiq Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. Decedent died testate. A copy of her Last Will and 7'estament dated April

8. At the time of hcr death, Decedent owned two (2) asscts in he� sole name,
M&T Seeurities, Ine. Account #AZD563781 and M&T Securities, Ine. Aceount
#AZR430168. Iztters from M&T Securities dated February 12,2015,and March 11,2015,
are attached hemto as Exhibits"C"and"U."
9. The approximate value of these accounts as of Deeedent's date of death was
Cive Thousa�d One Hundred Forty-Pive Dollars a�d Sixry-Eight Cents ($5,145.68).
10. All othec assets owned by the Deeedent wece either jointly owned or had a
designated beneficiary.
1I. Decedent was not survived by any pe�son who could claim the family
exemptio� undec 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3121.
12. Decedent's funeral cxpenses of [;leve� Thousand Two Hundred Ninery-
r.��,v orr,����,.or Three Dollars and Scven Cents ($1 L,293.07)have been paid.

property witho�t an appraisement.
16. Under 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3102, Robert W. Stuck, Jr. and Cqnthia A. Houseal,
�I�� as Co-F.xecutors and Benellciarics, have an interest in the dist�ibution of the M&T
Securities Aceounts described more fully in pacagraph 8 above, and no mtiee is required
to any other party.
17. Under 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3102,a Uccree of Distribution issued by an Orphans'
Cuurt eonstimtes suffieient authociry to trarisler property to a beneficiary.
18. Petitioners request this Orphans Court ro issue a Decrec of Distribution that
they may present to M&T Securitics to accomplish the distcibutio�of M&T Seeurities, Ine.
Accou�t NA7.D563781 and M&T Securities, Inc. Account #AZR430168 to them as
beneficiaries of their Mother's estate undec her Last Wil] and Testament, and further
distribute any refund of Pen�sylvania inheritance tax m Robert W. Stuck, Jr. and Cynthia
A. Houseal.

I, ANNA M. STUCK, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland Courtty,
Pennaylvania, being oE sound and disposing mind� memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this ae and
for my Laet Will and Teatament, hereby revoking ell other Wille
and Codicils heretofore mede by me.
FIRST
i direct the payment of my just debts and expenses of my
, last illneae and £uneral from my estate ae eoon aftar my death as
conveniently may be done. I direct that I be interred in the
� cometery lot next to my husband at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in
Mechanicsburg, Penneylvania.
Further, I authorize my pereonal representative to expend
funda £rom my estete, in such amount ae my pereonal
representative ehall coneider necessflry and desirable for the
� purchase� erection and inecription oE a suitable marker for my
grave.
SGCOND
I made a gift of my cabin located in Juniata County,
� Pennsylvania, to my son in 1998. It ie my opinion at the time of
' the gift the cabin had a fair market value of $60,000.00.
. Accordingly, I give, deviee and bequeath my estate as followe:
A. The sum o£ Sixty Thousand Dollare ($60, 000.00) to
my daughter� CYNTHIA A. HOUSEAL� per stirpes; and
B. All the reet, residue and remainder o£ my estate
equally between my son, ROBERT W. STUCK, JR. and daughter,
CYNSHIA A. HOUSEAL� per stirpea.
THIRD
I direct that any and all inheritance, estate, and tranefer
taxes imposed upo❑ my estate pasaing under thie Will or otherwise
eha11 be paid out of the principal of my residuary eatate.
FOURTH
In addition to the powere conferred by law� I authorize any
personal representative acting under this inetrument, in his/her
abeolute discretion:
(a) To retain i❑ the form raceived, or to eell
either at public or private sale any real or pereonal
property;
(b) To exercise any options to subscribe for
etocka, bonda, or other investments.
� � (c) To join in any plan of lease, mortgage�
conaolidation, exchflnge, reorganizfltion or foreclosure
� of any corporation in which my estate or any trust may
� hold stocks, bonds or other sewrities;
� (d) To sell, transfer, convey, mortgage, pledge,
leaee or exchange any property, real or peraonal, which
at any time may form part of my estete� for the peyment
of debts or taxes, or for any purpose oE adminietration
�, or distribution, for such prices and upon such terme
