Simmons, a fiduciary deed to the real estate known and numbered as 295 Pine Hill Extension, Enola, Pennsylvania 17028 (Tax Parcel ID 09-12-2988-00172) in the form and substance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" in accordance with the Family Settlement Agreement dated August 6, 2014. It is further ORDERED and DECREED that the Farm Equipment located on the real estate known and numbered as 295 Pine Hill Extension, Enola, Pennsylvania 17028 shall be transferred and distributed to Barry R. Simmons in accordance with the Family Settlement Agreement dated August 6, 2014.
