will previously made by me .
ITEM I : Upon my death, I direct that my mortal remains be
cremated.
. ITEM II : I give the sum of $10, 000 . 00 to my friend, CHARMAINE
BELL, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, if she survives me .
ITEM III : I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to the
FAITH UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania .
ITEM IV: I appoint CHARLES H. STONE, Executor of this my last
will . Should CHARLES H. STONE, fail to qualify or cease to act as
Executor, I appoint DAVID H. STONE, Executor of this my last will .
ITEM V: No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond or enter security for the faithful performance of his duties in
any jurisdiction .
