Petition to Adjudicate an Incapacitated Person and to Appoint a
Plenary Guardian of Her Person and Estate
Dear Ms. Grayson:
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, received a copy of the above-
referenced Petition, as well as the Court's February 10, 2015 Order scheduling a hearing on it.
According to the Petition, Ms. Seker has three grown children and limited assets. Her monthly
income is comprised of social security benefits. Petitioner, her adult son, asserts that she may
suffer from dementia and is worried about her physical well-being.
Please be advised that the Department is not a party of interest to this matter and thus has no
objection to the Petition, or to the Court's granting of the requested relie£ As the
Commonwealth has no objection, counsel does not intend to appear at any hearing regarding the
matter.
