PETITION FOR CORRECTED ORDER
The Petition of Mark A. Mateya,Esquire, respectfully represents the following:
1. Decedent, Mark A. Trimble, died intestate on July 18, 2006.
2. The above-referenced estate was opened on July 8, 2008, with Letters of
Administration being granted to Ruth Trimble on that date.
3. On July 13, 2015, this Court Issued an Order upon Attorney Mark A. Mateya's
request to withdraw from this estate was granted. See Exhibit A.
4. Petitioner Mark A. Mateya created the proposed Order with an error: the Estate of
Joyce D. Peffer was named where the Estate of Mark A. Trimble should have been named.
5. Attorney Mark A. Mateya respectfully requests this Court to vacate the Order of
July 13, 2015 and to enter an Order granting Mark A. Mateya's Petition for L�e8o Witl&aw qn,

behalf of Ruth Trimble, aka Ruth M. Trimble, Executrix of the Estate of Mar1 :,qi3�ib1 r

6. There are no matters presently pending before this Court and thexeave be n
Judges assigned to this matter concerning the above-referenced matter.

7. Petitioner is not aware of any other counsel who will be entering their appearance on
behalf of the Estate of Mark A. Trimble.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court grant Petitioner leave to
withdraw his appearance for Ruth Trimble, aka, Ruth M. Trimble, Administratrix of the Estate of
Mark A. Trimble in this action.
