Whereas, the OHIO CASIJAL TY INSURANCE COMPANY, lllcated at Hamilton, OH, has Jiled in
this Department a certitied copy of its charter and a detailed statemcnt of its Assets and Liabilities, and
otherwise complied with the requirements of Section 661 of the Act or Assembly of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, entitle,] "An act relating to insllrance: amending. revising and consolidating the Law &c,,"
approved the 17'h day of' May, A.D. 1921, as well as with the requirements of the laws orthis Commonwealth
applicable to such company in doing business herein.
Now Therefore, J, M. Diane Koken, Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvani<l, do
hereby cer:ify, in accordance with Section I, of the Act of Assembly approved June 29, ] 923 and known as act
010 373 of the Laws of 1923, that the Ohio Casual!)' Insurance Company, of Hamilton, OU, is duly
authorized to become and be accepted as sole surety on all bonds, undertakings and obligations required or
permitted by law or the ordinances, rules or regulations of any municipality, board, body, organization, or
puhlic oft1cer.

Insurance Company of Hamilton, Ohio; that said Company is a cotporation duly organized,
existing and engaged in business as a Surety by virtue of the laws of the State of Ohio and has
duly complied with all the requirements of the laws of the said State applicable to said Company
and is duly qualified to act as Surety under such laws; that said Company has also complied with
and is duly qualified to act as Surety under the Act of Congress of July 30,1947 (6 U.S.C. 6-13);
that to the best of his knowledge and belief the above statement is a full, true and correct
statement of the financial condition of said Company on the 31st day of December, 2004.
