LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
VELVA M. BROMLEY
I, Velva M. Bromley, of the Borough of Chambersburg, Franklin County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument as and
for my last will an testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and
testaments by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I: I direct that all expenses of my last illness, including hospital
expenses, expenses for medical care, funeral expenses and the cost of the
grave marker, as well as all debts or obligations owned by me at the time of
my death, which in the opinion of my Executor is not subject to either a legal
or equitable defense, shall be paid from my residuary estate, unless
othenvise provided herein as soon as practicable after my decease, as part
of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate real, personal
and mixed of every nature and wherever situate to Ryan C. Holstay.
ITEM III: I appoint Ryan C. Holstay, Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
ITEM IV: I direct that my Executor, as well as his successors, shall not
be required to give bond for the faithful performance of his duties in any
jurisdidion and that he shall receive compensation in accordance with his
schedule of fees in effed from time to time during the period over which his
services are performed.
ITEM V: All estate, inheritance, succession and other death taxes,
imposed or payable by reason of my death, and interest and penalties
thereon, with respect to all property shall be paid out of the principal of my
general estate, as if such taxes were administration expenses and shall be
paid without apportionment or right of reimbursement.
