LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
1, KEITH A. HEPFF.R, of South Middleton Townshiq Cumberland CounTy.
Pennsylva�ia, being of sound mind, disposing memory and f'ull legal age, do hc�eby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testamcnt, hereby revoking all Wills and
Codicils heretofore madc by me.
1. 1 direct my F.xecutrix to pay all of my debts, fu�eral and administra[ive expenses as
soon as convenient after my decease. Furthermore, I direct that alI state, inheritance, succession
and other death taxes imposcd o� payable by reason of my death and imerest and penafties
therwo with respect ro all propeRy composiog of my gross estate lor dca[h tax purposes, whe[her
or not such propeny passes under this Will, shall be paid by [he Executris from my estate, and
that none of the uforesaid taxes shall be prorated among those persons named hcrein or are
otherwise beneticiaries hereunder.
2. My Executrix may, at her discretion, compromise claims, borrow money, retain
properiy for such length of time as she may deem proper, lease and scll property for such prices,
on such terms, a[ public or private sales, as she may deem proper, and invest es[ate property and
income without restriction to legal imes[ments unless othcrwise provided hereunder. I authorize
and empower my Execu[cix to sell any realty and/or personalty owned by me at my death and not
specilically devised or bequeathed herein, at publie or private sale or sales and to give good and
su�eient deeds and/or bills of sale therefor, in fee simple, as' I wuld do if living�ly 8xecilti?x is� �

3. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever namre and wherever simate as
follows:
a. to TOM GLATFELTER my 444 ritle, 300 rifle. 460 hand gun, old well
pump light, wood stove in garage, old filet knife in kitchen, electrical bag and
tuols, little bear, little pot belly stove, old insulators and bottles;
b. to DORIS WNGLE the sum of $5,000.00, and if she is dcceased, to J. R.
BUTI,ER;
c. to my granddaugh[er, CIARA JORDYN ROHRBAUGH, the sum of
$25,000.00 to be held in Tmst by Bevedy Dennis for her support, maintenance
and educa[iou until she attains thirty (30) years of age, at which time all
remaining funds held in Trust shall be distributed to her;
d. to KE VIN AF.PFER thc sum of$600.00 and my 2005 Chevrolet Malibu;
c. to BEVERLY DENNIS the sum ul�$40,000.00;
f. to RAYMOND and DORIS NESS the sum of$10,000.00: and
g. all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to BEVERLY DENNIS.
4. 1 nominate and appoin[ BEVERLY DENNIS ro be [he Executrix of this my Las[ Will
and Testament.
5. I nominate and appoin[ BEVERLY DENNIS to serve as "frustee of[he Trust crea[ed
in Pazagraph No. 3.c. hereof.

6. No person(s) shall benefit hereunder unless such beneficiary shall survive me by sixry
(60) days.
7. No Esecutrix or Trustce acting hereunder shall be required to post bond or enter
sccuriry in this or any otherjurisdiction.
R. No beneficiary may assign, anticipate or pledge his or her interest in any income or
principal hdd or distributable hereundec and no beneFciary's creditors may Ievy, attach or
otherwise reach a�y such i�terest.
9. The validity a�d administration of any Trust established hereunder and any questio�s
oc disputes relating m the construction or interpretation of any said 'frust shall be govemed and
construcd in accurdanee with the laws of the Commoowealth of Pennsylvania.
10. If any person entitled to share in any distribution under the terms of this my Last Will
and Testament becomes an adverse parry in any procceding to contest the probate ot this Last
Will and Testament, such person shall forfeit his or her entire intcrest inheri[ed hereunder and all
provisions in favor of such person shall bc declared void and of�o effect. The share of such
person so forCeited shall be distributed as part of[he residue pursuant to ei[her Paragraph No. 3
hereof, exccpt that if such person is entitled to share in the said residue, that ioterest shall be
distributed proportionately to the other residuary beneficiaries.
