Bretz, greeting: WHEREAS, the Township of Hampden on the 26th day of April, 2005, filed its claim in our Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County at No. 2005-2185 MLD for the sum of $3,740.34, with interest from April 26, 2005, for unpaid sewer and/or trash services, against the following property situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County: 5425 Wertzville Road Enola, Pennsylvania 17025 Tax Property Map: 10-14-0842 Parcel No.: 054 BEING the same premises which Marlin H. Bretz and Carol L. Bretz, formerly husband and wife, by their Deed dated August 13, 1982 and recorded December 20, 1982 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "Z", Volume 29, Page 776 granted and conveyed unto Carol L. Bretz, single woman, owned or reputedly owned by you.
