declare this to be my , Last Will and Testament , hereby revoking

HANAWALT , should he survive me by thirty ( 30 ) days .

THIRD: In the event that my beloved husband , GLENN R .
HANAWALT , should predecease me , die on or before the thirtieth
( 30th) day following my death , or should we die simultaneously in
a common disaster, I hereby give , devise and bequeath all the
rest , residue and remainder of my estate to my three ( 3) children ,
equally, as follows :
A. ONE-THIRD ( 1/3d) to my. son , LEE K.. HANAWALT ,
of Newark , Delaware ;
B. ONE-THIRD ( 1/3d) to my daughter , REBECCA H .
BARKANIC , of Highland, Maryland; and
C . ONE-THIRD ( 1/3d) to my son , RAY G . HANAWALT ,
of Dayton , Maryland.
FOURTH : I hereby direct that REBECCA' s share shall be
placed in trust . Her husband, RICHARD BARKANIC , I hereby nominate
as trustee and vest in RICHARD complete discretion to utilize
said funds in any way he wants , including the ability to take
the entire amount and add to or re-invest in one or more accounts
in REBECCA' s name or in joint accounts with RICHARD and/or their
children , KRISTIN ( age 15 ) or JOHN ( age 11 ) .
A. In the event that REBECCA should predecease me ,
I hereby direct that her one-third ( 1/3d) share go to her husband ,
RICHARD BARKANIC .

and Testament . In the event that my husband , GLENN , should pre-
decease me , fail to qualify , cease to act , or for some reason is
incapable of performing such task , I then nominate , constitute and
appoint my son LEE K. HANAWALT as alternate Executor of this my ,
Last Will and Testament . In the event that my son , LEE , should
predecease me , fail to qualify , cease to act , or for some reason is
incapable of performing such task , I then nominate , constitute and
appoint my son , RAY G. HANAWALT , as alternate Executor of this my ,
Last Will and Testament .
EIGHTH : None of the abovenamed persons shall be require
to post bond or surety in this or any other jurisdiction for faith-
ful compliance of the office of Executor/Trustee .
