I, L. OWEN MOORE, JR. , of 911 North Yourth Street, Lemoyne,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make Lhis my Last Will
and Testame�t, revoking any former Wills and Codicils madc by me.
EIRST: I give my tangible personal property, together with
any casualty insurance coverage that I may be carrying on said
tangible personal property, to my wi.fe, Frances D. Moore, or if
she does not survive me, to my daughter, Linda A. Moorc. I havc
completc confidence that my wife or my daughtei will carry out
any written instruc�ions Lha� I may leave with regard to said
ta�gible perso�al property.
SECOND: I qive, devise and bequeath all the rest and
remainder of my estate, real and personal, Co my wife, Erances D.
Moore, or, should she noC survive me, or to the extent that she,
or her executor, or other successor in interest, disclaims any
interest, 1 qive, devise and bequeaLh such rest, residue and
remaindcr, or interest therein or portion thereof, to my
dauqhter, Linda A. Mooce, or her issue.
THIRD: IL Item SECOND cannot become operative, I give,
devise and bequeath al1 the resL and remainder of my estate, real -
and personal, as follows :

(a) To my wife ' s brother, Robert M. Duke,
Winchester, Viryinia, or his issue, twenty-five percent
(25a) ;
(b) Z'o my wife ' s brother, Walter E. Duke,
Martinsbury, WesL Virginia, ox his issue, twenty-five
percent (7_So) ;
(c) To my cousin, Kathryn Moses, Morgantown,
West Virginia, or her issue, fifteen percent (15%) ;
(d) To my cousin, Judith Ann Coffman, Saint
Albans, West Virqinia, or her issue, fifteen percent
(15o) ; and
(e) To The Nature Conservancy, 1650 North Lynn
Strcet, Arlington, Virqinia 22209, a Uistrict of Colum-
bia non-profit corporation, to further Lhe purposes of
The Nature Conservancy i.n the State of West Virginia,
twenty percent (20%) .
Should any of the foregoing bequests fail, the effective gifts
shall corr2spondingly increase.
FOURTH: If any beneficiary under this Last Will and '1'esta-
menL is under thirty (30) years of age, I direct that his or her
interest be held in trust by ManuLac�urers and Traders TrusC
Company, hereinafter called Trustee, until such beneficiary
reaches thirty (30) years of agc. My Trustee sha11 apply such
amounts of income and principal as it, in its sole discretion,

deems proper �or Lhe support, education �nd welfare of such
be�eficiary, and may accumulate any unexpended balance of income
to the exLenC permitted by law. Such amounts may bc applicd
direcTly or may be paid To the beneficiary or to the person with
whom such beneficiary resides or who has the care and contiol of
such beneLiciary, without the inTervention of a guardian. My
TrusTee shall not bc obliged T.o supervise or inquire into the
application of such amour�ts by such person, and the receipt of
such person stiall be a complete release of my Trustee. Should
the share of a beneficiary, in the sole opinion of my Trustee, be
or become too small. to warrant continuinq such fund in trust, or
should its a�ninistration be or become impractical for any other
reason, my Trustee, in its sole discretion, may pay such share,
absolutely, To the benefi.ci.ary, or may deposit such share in the
beneficiary' s name in a savings accou�t in a savings institution
of its choosing, payable to the beneficiary at majority, which I
deiine as twenty-one (21) years .
FI�TIL I name my wife, Prances D. Moorc, as my Executrix.
If she is u�able or unwilli�iy lo serve, I name my daughter,
Linda A. Moore, as my ExecuLrix. If shc is unable or unwilling
to serve, I name Manufacturers and Traders TrusL Company as my
Executor. I direct that my Executor or my Executrix serve
without bond in any jurisdiction in which called upon to act .

SIXTH: I yive to any F,xecutor or F.xecuT_ois and to any
Trustee or Trustees named in this Wi71 or any Codicil hereto a11
of the powers now applicable by law to fiduciaries in the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvariia and in particular, through the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code, as effective and as in effect on
The datc hcrcof, duri.ng the administraTion and until the comple-
tion of the distribuLion oL my estate, and until the termination
of a11 trusts creaTed hereunder and until the completion of the
distribution of the asseT.s of such trusts, including the power to
hold and to invest ir� any corporaLe fiduciary' s stock, notes,
cerLificates of deposit, and common funds, and the power Lo
reqister securiTies i❑ the name of a nominee.
SEVENTH: 7 direct that this Last Wi11 and Testament control
the distribution of my property iirespective of whether there are
children born to me or adopted by me subsequent to the execution
of this I.as` Wi11 and Testamcnt .
EiGHTH: The words "issue" and "children" whenever used in
this Last Will and Testament shall include adopted children.
NINTH : No interest of any beneficiary under this Will or
any Codicil herelo shal]. be subject to anticipation or to volun-
tary or involuntary alienation.
TENTIL All estate, inheritance, succession and other death
taxes imposed or payable by reason of my dcath, and any interest

and per�alLies T_hereon, with respect to a11 property comprising my
gross estate for death tax purposes, whether or noL such property
passes under this Will, shal.l be paid nuT of the residue of my
estate as if such taxes were expenses of administration, without

and my Trustee to pay all such taxes at such time or times as
deemed advisable.
