g in October 3, 2009 motor vehicle crash.
2. Kristin M.Bowser died in the October 3,2009 crash and the above Estate was opened
by the Administrator Christopher Bowser for litigation purposes only.
3. Christopher Bowset's address is 129 South l7th Street, Camp Mill,PA 17011.
4, The litigation arising frorn the October 3, 2009 crash has been concluded and the
Dauphin County docket marked settled and discontinued.
5. Inheritance Tax Returns for all settlement funds received on behalf of the Estate of
Kristin M. Bowser have been filed with the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office anti the
inheritance taxes paid.
6. A judgment has been entered in Dauphin County on behalf of the Estate and against
Andrew Denezza in the amount of$1,700,000.
7. Robert F. Claraval, Esq. no longer represents the Estate of Kristin Bowser and
therefore requests that he be discharged as counsel of record regarding the Estate.
8. The Administrator of the Estate, Christopher Bowser, concurs with this request and
wishes all future communications regarding the Estate to be directed to him as Administrator.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable Court issue an Order
discharging Robert F. Claraval, Esq. as counsel of record for the Estate of Kristin M. Bowser and
instruct the Register of Wills to direct all future communication to the Administrator Christopher
Bowser.
