SLEMMGo, residing in the Township of North Brunswick , County of Middlesex , and State of New Jersey, being of sound mind , memory and understanding , do hereby make , publish , and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament , and I do hereby revoke all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me . ARTICLE III I hereby appoint WARREN H . 8LEMMEn as Executor of this my Lest Will and Testament , and hereby confer upon him full power and authority to sell , transfer , and convey any property real or personal , which I may own at the time of my death , at such time and price and upon such terms and conditions , including credit , as he may determine and to distribute said property in kind or in money or partly in each . Furthermore , my Executor shall have the power to settle or compromise claims held by or asserted against my estate and to exercise all privileges incidental to any securities and to do every act and thing necessary or appropriate for the complete administration of my estate . If, for any reason , my Executor fails to qualify as Executor , or having qualified , should he for any reason cease to act in his capacity as Executor before his duties in such capacity have been complete , then I appoint WARREN L . SLEMMER and JOHN R . SLEMMER, Jointly , as successor executors with full powers and authority as herein conferred upon the original Executor . I direct that neither my Executor nor my Executors shall be required to furnish any bond or security for the faithful performance of their duties as Executors in any jurisdiction in which they maybe called upon to act , such bond or security being hereby expressly waived . ARTICLE IV I give , devise and bequeath to my husband , WARREN H . SLEMMER, all the rest , residue and remainder of my estate , both real and personal , of every nature and kind whatsoever and wherever the same may be situated . If in the event my said husband , WARREN H . SLEMMER, shall not survive me , or in the event of simultaneous death , then I give , devise and bequeath the same in fee in the following manner : 45% WARREN L . SLEMMER 45% JOHN R . SLEMMER predecease me , then and in that event , will that respective share received under my estate pass to the children of same in equal parts , but if either should so predecease me childless , then their share shall become part of my general estate . ARTICLE V If under the proivsions of this my will any share of my residuary estate shall be payable outright to any minor , I authorize and empower my Executor , then acting , in his discretion in each such case to retain such property for the benefit of such minor during his or her minority , and with respect thereto my Executor shall have all the powers vested in him under this Will and shall not be required to give any bond in connection therewith . I authorize and empower him to hold , manage , invest and reinvest such property , conserve or dispose of tangible personal property , collect and receive the income from any property and accumulate the same for the benefit of such minor or apply all or any part of the net income and principal thereof as in his discretion he may deem necessary or advisable for the support , maintenance and education of such minor or in his discretion to make such payments to the minor directly . It is my intention that this authority shall be construed as a power only and shall not operate to suspend the absolute ownership of such property by such minor or to prevent the absolute vesting thereof in such minor .
