IN RE: PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN FOR THE ESTATE OF A
MINOR
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 27th day of July 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Appointment of Guardian for the Estate of a Minor, and having received communication
from counsel that the proposed guardians plan to invest the life insurance policy
proceeds in diversified, low risk accounts, the Petition is granted. Taylor Lowe and
Janet Lowe are hereby APPROVED as co-guardians for the Estate of Azalea Stine.
The co-guardians are hereby DIRECTED to invest the estate funds into the following
accounts at the discretion of the co-guardians:
1. CollegeAmerica 529 FBO Azalea Stine;
2. Taylor Lowe FBO Azalea Stine UTMA (American Funds); and a
3. Members 1 st Federal Credit Union Donor Account for Azalea Stine

Additionally, the co-guardians are hereby AUTHORIZED to distribute $1,000.00
of the estate assets to counsel for payment the agreed upon attorney's fees for the
preparation and filing of this petition.
