NOW, April 16, 2005, at the time of and immediately befure the execution of the principal
contract, and befure any authOlityhas been given bytbe said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building( s), orpurch""e materials fur the same in consideratiOI\ of the making ofthe said
contnlctwith Owner and th,~ further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid to Contractor by
Owner, receipt of which is b.ereby acknowledged, it is agreed that 110 hen shall be filed against the
building(s) by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by eny oftbe material-men orworlonen or any
other person for any labor, crmaterials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said bui1ding(s), the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
