1. A citation is awarded, directcd to Diana Stanley, to show cause wlry she should not be
adjudeed an i�capacitared persoo and why a plenary guardian of her pe�son should not be

2. Petitioner shall cause to bc served by pecsonal service the Citation and Petition, together
with an attached Notice pursuant to thc provision 20 Pa CSA. § 551 I(a) upon Diana Stanley,
thc ellegedly incapacitaced person, at least twenty (20) days prioc to the Court hexring. The
contents and temis of the Citatioq Petition, and Notice shall be esplained m the maximum exte�t
possible in language and te�ms the allegedly incapacitxled person is most likely to understand in
accordance with the provisions of 20 Pa. C.S.A. § SSl l(a). An alfidavit of service eontaining
specifie avermems as to the abovc requirements shall be presented at the beginning of the cuurt
hcaring.
3. At lcast twenTy QO) days prior to the scheduled hearing, notice of the cou�t hcaring,
together with a copy of the Yetition, shall be given personally or by ce�tified mail to all persons
who are sui jnris and who would be entillcd to sharc in the estate of thc alleged incapacitated
person ithc dicd inlestate, in accordancc with the pmvision of 20 Pa. CS.A. § 551 I(a), and morc

4. Petitio�e�and/or Counsel for Petitioner shall notify the Court, i� writing, at least seven
(7) days prior ro the court hcari�g if counsel has not becn retained by or on behalf of thc
nllcgcdly incapacitated pe�son in accordance with [he provis'ions of 20 Ps. C.S.A. § 5511(a).
This notice shall also contai� all pertinent information which would i�dicatc to the Coun
whethcr or not counsel should be appointed to represent thc interests of the allegcdly
incapacitated person.
5. The allegedly incapacitated pe�son shell be present at the court hearing unless it is
established by elear and eomincing medical evidence that his physieal or mental eondition
would be harmed by his presence in court in acco�danee with the provisions of 20 Pa. C.S.A. §
5511(a).
