of the Petition for Adjudication of Incapacity and Appointment of
a Guardian and the purported Power of Attorney' s response
thereto, Dorothy Williams is appointed guardian for the limited
purpose of selling real estate she owns jointly with Pearl L.
Hicks . The prior orders directing a real estate broker and a
subsequent distribution of funds upon sale shall remain in full
force and effect .
