[hc Petition of Cumbedand County Aging & ommunity Services to adjudica[e Ann Jcnkins as
an ineapacitated pe�son on an emergency basis, this Court finds that Ann Jenkins is an
ineapacitated person and adjudieales her as such, and Keystone Guardianship Services is
appoi�ted as the emergency guardiao ot thc person and estatc of Ann Jenkins fo�a minimum
period of seventy-two (72), to be extended for a period of twcnry (20)days to permit
Cumbedand County Aging & Communily Scrvices, on behalf of Keystonc Gua�dianship
Services,to initiate a full guardianship proceeding.
Keystone Guardianship Services shall serve without bond and is permitted to receive
eompensation for its services as pleoary guacdia�s in the amo�nt of$100 per mo�[h or len
percent (10%) of Ami Jenkins's gross monthly i�comc, whichevcr is less.
