Such doctor is located within a four-hour drive of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; 2. Ms. Meeks is not driven outside of Pennsylvania by more than four hours for such evaluation; and 3. Any chosen doctor has expertise in neuropsychological evaluations/incapacitated person evaluations. IT IS FURTHER ordered that, should Yvonne August alone need to travel outside of Pennsylvania for any period of time, then counsel on behalf of Ms. Meeks may submit to the Court of record a proposal of an acceptable caretaker for Ms. Meeks that may provide care for Ms.Meeks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while Ms. August is away for a brief period of time. In no event, however, shall Ms. Meeks be left in any other person's care unless this court authorizes such other person. ALL OTHER terms and conditions of the July 22, 2015 Order shall be effect. Should a continuance of the September 16, 2015 hearing be necessary to complete the medical evaluation, counsel on behalf of Ms. Meeks may file a petition seeking such relief.
