I, MARY E. BURRELL, presently residing at 6301 Aubum D�ive, Mechanicsburg
Pennsylvania, being of a sound and disposing mind, ovec the age of eighteen Q 8) years, and
under no legal disability, and mindful of the breviry of this ]ife, having placed my faith and
confidence in Jesus Christ, my Saviour and Lord, Who redeemed my soul through His shed
blood and death upon Calvary's Cross for my sins and Who, by His resurzection, thus assures me
of eternal life, and knowing that the lile which f now live in this wodd is by faith in the Son of
God Who gave Himself for me, do hereby make, publish and declaze this to bc my Last Will and
Testament, hereby�evoking all other Wilis and Codicils heretofore made by me at any other
time.
Artiele I: I direct that my Personal Representative(s), hereinaftec named, pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon afrer my death as practicable, including all property, state
and federal death taces assessed against me, my estate, or my beneficiaries, without proration
among my beneficiaries. Ilowever, all property bequeathed or devised hereunder,either ouhight
or in trust, is bequeathed or devised subject lo existing mortgages, liens or encumbrances
thereon.

liability of any purchase� for the application of any consideralion; to borrow moncy and to secure
its payment by mortgage of real or personal peoperty, pledge of investments, or otherwise,
without liabiliry on the par[ of the lende�s to see to thc application thereof; to retain any
investments at discretion;ro invest and reinves[at discretioq as permitted under Act 28 of 1999,
the 'Prudent Investor AcY'; ro make dist�ibution in cash or in kind; [o allocate and distribute
different kinds or disproportionate shares of property or undivided interests in property among

and common law of Pennsylvania available at the time of my death and the power to do all acts

Article V: I hereby nominate and appoint my daugh[er, SHERRY WKIGHT, as
Personal Representative oCthis my Last Will and Testament In the event she predeceases me or
is unable to serve as Personal Representative,then 1 nominate my son, WILLIAM E.
BURRELL, as Personal Representativc of this my Las[ Will and Testament My individual
Personal Representatives shall not be required [o fumish bond or surety.
Article VI: 1 give, devise and bequeath all of my jewelry, cbthing,household
fumiture and fumishings, chinawaze, silvec, pictures, wo�ks of art, books, personal automobiles,
and othec tangible articles of a personal nature, not otherwise specifically disposed of by this
Will,to my Pecsonal Representative(s); and it is my wish that my Personal Representative(s)
dispose of said property in accordance with a memorandum or list I shall leave with my Will at
the time of my death as a guide in disposing of the tangiblc articles hereinabove bequeathed to
my Personal Representative(s). Any item of personal property not set forth on said list shall be
disposed of as a part of my residuary estatc.
Artiele V[I: If I die before I sell the residence located at 6301 Aabum Drive,
Mcchanicsburg, Pennsylvania, [hen 1 give, devise and bequeath the following items of personalty
to thc following individuals, absolutely and in fee simple:
A. MY HOUSE, LOCATED AT 6301 AUBURN DRIVE to SHERRY
WRIGHT AND WILLIAM F,. BURRELL;

S. BURRELL DOTSON under the follow�ng terms and conditions: Konald arid Cindy shall be
permitted to [ake any and all of my personal property in kind. Any personal property that shall
remain aker Ronald and Cindy takes in kind, shall be sold, and the proceeds distributed equally
among all of my children. However, any proeeeds that are attributable to my soq Lawcence
"Larry" W. Buaell, shall be placed in trust, pursuant to the terms of Article IX below.
Article VIII: If I die after I sell the residence ]ocated at 6301 Aubum Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania l give,devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate of
whatever kind and description wherever situate, ro my children in equal shazes, per stirpes.
However, any proceeds that are attributable to my soq Lawrence"Larry'W. Burrell, shall be
placed in trust, pu�suant to [he tertns of Article IX below.
Article IX: Any share of my estate[hat shall be attributable ro my son, LAWRENCE
"LARRY" W. BURI2ELL, shall be conveyed M TRUST, to SHERRY WRIGHT, as Tmstee,
❑pon the terms and conditions he�einaRec provided. During the lifetime of 4AWRF.NCE
"LARRY" W. BURRELL, to the extent that benefi[s are not made available to him for other
than basic living expenses, including food and shelter, the Trustee, in her absoWte discretion,
may distribute from income to oc for the benefit of LAWRENCE"LARRN' W.BURRELL
for his needs other than basic support. For the purpose of this provision, non-support purchases
include,but are not limited to: dental care; unceimbucsable medical expenses, including plastic
and reeonstructive surgery, diagnostic work and treatment, rehabilitative training and

experimental medical services; the differential in cost betweeu shelter for a shazed aod priva[e
group home or room; supplemental nursing cace; recreation, cultural experiences, outings and
t�avel, including payment for others to accompany my beneficiary; telephone and television,
including cable television;reading and educational matciials; cxcroisc cquipmcnt; and
unreimbursed therapy. The Trustee's discretion in making distributions authorized hereunder, is
absoWte, full, and complete with regard to distributions from the trust estate, and shall be binding
o¢al] interested pe�sons.
As this trust is specifically no[ in[ended to provide for the basic support and maintenance
nccds of LAWRENCE "LARRY" W. BURRELL, if he is unable to maintain and support
himself from his owri �esources and sources of iuwme, the Tmstee shall seek such support for
him from public sources. The Trust has specifically not been created to supplant or replace
public-assistance benefits. The Tmstee should, thecefore, seek entitlemen[s which are available
to members of the community who aze experiencing disabilities which aze subs[an[ially similaz to
those which he experie�ces. The Tnistee shall deny any request made by any agency or
govemmental entity reques[ing disbursemen[of trust funds to sa[isfy his support needs.
"Ihe"frustee shalL take whatever legal steps may be necessary to initiate or continue any
public-assistance program for which he is or may become eligible. Ihe "Prustee shall bring such
actio¢in any court having jucisdic[ion ovet the matter, to secure a mling or order that this trust is
not available to him for support puiposes. A�y expenses of the Trus[ee, incLudi�g reasonable
attomey fees, in connection with matters relating to determination of the eligibiliry of

LAWRENCE '°LARRY" W. BURRELL for public support, shall be a proper charge to the
[rust.
Upon the death of LAWRENCE "LARRY" W. BURRELL, the then remaining
principal and any accumulated and undistributed income shall be paid and distributed to my other
children named above in equal shares, per stirpes.
In thc cvent any public assistance agency should assert a lega] claim against this Trust for
reimbursement of any public assistance provided to my son,and any court of competent
jurisdiction should enter a decision in favor of such public assistance agency, then this Trust shall
automaticalty dissolve and any accumulated and undistributed income and any remaining
principal shall be distributed to my other children identified above in equal shares, per stirpes.
Ar[icle X: No interest in incomc or principal of any lrust created herewder shall be
assignable by a beneficiary or be available[o anyone having a elaim against a be�eficiary before
aetual payment to the beneficiary. Further, no such intecest in income or priueipal shall be
subjec[to any claim of any creditor of any beneficiary[hrough legal process or otherwise; and
any such attempced sale, anticipatioq assignment or pledge of any interest in income or principal
by any bcneficiary shall be null and void and shall not be recognized by any Trus[ee named
herein.
