DAVID S. DAVENPORT and MID PENN BANK, Trustees of the SUZANNE B. 94,ERI AGR`jM .OF
TRUST dated September 11, 1995, do hereby acknowledge that the Trust has received from RAMSEY B.
DAVENPORT, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of SUZANNE B. BIERI, late of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, deceased, an Informal Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution which shows the final
estate distribution amount of THIRTY-ONE FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE and 68/100 DOLLARS
($31,485.68) in full satisfaction of the amount to be distributed to the Trust.
We hereby waive the filing of a Formal Account with the Orphans' Court, and accept and approve the
Informal Account as stated with the same force and effect as if it had been duly filed in the Office of the
Register of Wills, adjudicated and confirmed absolutely, and the amount proposed to be distributed to the Trust
had been duly awarded by the Court.
