HOUSEAL I, MILDRED K. HOUSEAL, widow, of 805 Fairview Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my J.ast Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. 1 direct my hereinafter named Executor or Executrices to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so. I further direct that all inheritance, transfer, succession, estate and death taxes, including interest and penalties thereon, which may be payable on account of my death shall be payable from the residue of my estate regardless of whether the assets upon which such taxes are based are included in my probate estate. 2. I declare that I am an unmarried widow, and that I have three children, DONNA MAY LANDIS, DEBBY LEE ZEIGLER, and JAMES ZEIGLER. I further declare that I had one son who predeceased me, ROBERT ZEIGLER. 3. With the exception of any automobile owned by me at the time of my death, I give and bequeath to my grandchildren such items of tangible personal property owned by me at the time of my death, as each grandchild shall choose, subject to the approval of my Executors of any such choice to assure in my Executors' sole discretion, that each child has had the opportunity to receive a roughly equal share. 4. I give and bequeath the sum of $12,000 to my great granddaughter JAYLIN PALMER. 5. 1 give and bequeath the sum of $1,000 to my son JAMES ZEIGLER. I have not made a provision greater for him in this my Last Will and Testament, not because of any lack of love or affection for him, but because he has sufficient assets and resources for his needs. 6. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares, one share for my daughter, DONNA MAY LANDIS and one share for my daughter, DEBBY LEE ZEIGLER, provided that each shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, and should either of them predecease me or, fail to survive by the aforesaid period of ninety (90) days, then in such event the share that she would have otherwise received shall pass to her issue, per stirpes, and if there be no such issue, said share shall lapse and be added to the remaining share. 7. Should any person less than 18 years of age be entitled to distribution from my estate, in such event the share that person would otherwise have received shall be paid to my hereinafter named Executors in trust. I authorize the herein named Trustee to receive and invest the same and to pay the income arising therefrom together with so much of the principal thereof as in his or her opinion is necessary or desirable to be expended for the proper maintenance, support and education of such person to or for the benefit of such person and upon such person attaining 18 years of age to pay to him or her the then remaining principal together with any undistributed income. 8. 1 hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughters, DONNA MAY LANDIS and DEBBY LEE ZEIGLER, or either of them, as Co-Executrices of thit�Jnmyz M Last Will and Testament, and I further direct that neither of them shall b�re6uired te�posE > c� any bond to secure the faithful performance of her duties in the CtonweaA oicun ::0 Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
