ARTICLE 1 My just debts and expenses of my last illness, funeral, and administration of my estate shall be paid by my Executrix from the principal of my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my death. ARTICLE II All inheritance, estate, and succession taxes (including interest and penalties thereon, but not including any generation skipping tax) payable by reason of my death shall be paid out of and be cha�ged generally against the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement from any person. This provision is not a waiver of any right which my Executrix has to claim reimbursement for any such taxes which become payable as the result of any property over which I have the power of appointment. The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to each of my grandchildren, Anthony Shanaman, Ashley Allard, Julia Sobr,Nicholas Sobr, Rhiannon Sobr, Andrew Reiprich, Joseph Reiprich and Matthew Maggiorini. Should any of my grandchildren predecease me, their share of my estate shall go to their issue. If there is no issue, then my grandchild's share shall become part of the residue of my estate. I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to my beloved children, Carol A. Maggiorini, Deborah L. Reiprich, Sandra A. Allard and Antoinette Sobr, in equal shares, provided they survive me by thirty (30) days.
