ROSELLA, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all prior Wills and Codicils. 1. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, administrative expenses, and any inheritance tax which may be assessed shall be paid from my estate as soon M' practicable after my death. I direct that all real property and all personal property thatcI p;Wwat the time of my death shall be given, devised, and bequeathed in accordance witli1he cO m following: w "' C), a) My house shall be sold, and the proceeds shall be given to my friends, Dr. Steven B. Wolf and Charlene Wolf, in equal shares, per stirpes. b) The remaining contents of my house at the time of my death shall be sold by a professional auctioneer, and,the proceeds shall be given to the West Shore Humane Society. Should the West Shore Humane Society no longer exist at the time of my death,then the proceeds shall be distributed to The Humane Society of Harrisburg. C) My 1981 Fiat Spider shall be given to my friend, Adam R. Deluca. Should Adam predecease me,the car shall be sold and the proceeds shall be given to the West Shore Humane Society. Should the West Shore Humane Society no longer exist at the time of my death, then the proceeds shall be distributed to The Humane Society of Harrisburg. d) The primary vehicle that was used most recently at the time of my death for daily transportation shall be sold and the proceeds shall be given to the West Shore Humane Society. Should the West Shore Humane Society no longer exist at the time of my death,then the proceeds shall be distributed to The Humane Society of Harrisburg. e) All animals that I own at the time of my death shall be kept together and shall be placed in a no kill shelter if my Executor or Executrix is unable or unwilling to find a home for them at which they can remain together. Page 1 of 5 f) Any distribution made to the Humane Society under this, my Last Will and Testament, shall not be used for administrative purposes. g) The rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall be given, devised and bequeathed to my friends, Dr. Steven B. Wolf and Charlene Wolf, in equal shares,per stirpes. 3. I appoint my friend, Adam R. Deluca, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that Adam is deceased, unable or unwilling to serve or shall cease to serve for any reason whatsoever, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my friend, Dr. Steven B. Wolf, as alternate Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. 4. The Executor or Executrix of this Will shall have the power to distribute my estate in cash or in kind, or partly in either. 5. I direct that no Executor or Executrix acting under this Will shall be required to enter bond in any jurisdiction. 6. I recommend that my Personal Representative retain the law firm of Allied Attorneys of Central Pennsylvania, L.L.C., to probate my estate.
