LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JANET F. HUBLER
I, JANET F. HUBLER, of the Borough of Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all former Wills made by me.
ARTICLE I
I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses, including my grave marker
and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as
practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.

I direct that all inheritance, transfer, estate and similar taxes (including interest d r rn

penalties) assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature or by whatevir
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid out of my residuary estate as a part of the expense of
the administration of my Estate. My Executrix shall not require any beneficiary to
reimburse my estate for taxes paid on property passing under the terms of this Will or
otherwise.
ARTICLE III
In planning my funeral, I direct that there be no viewing of my body_ I direct that a
service be held in my church - St. Timothy Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4200 Market
Street, Camp Hill, PA. Interment of my body shall be in the plot with my husband and son
at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven, PA, at the convenience of my daughter or
Executrix.
ARTICLE IV
I bequeath my automobile, household goods and personal effects and other
tangible personalty (not including cash and securities) together with any existing insurance
thereon, as follows:
A. I bequeath to my daughter, Kathleen M. Young, any household goods and
personal effects she wishes to retain.
B. If my granddaughter, Kara Nicole Young, has attained the age of eighteen(18)
years at the time of my death, I bequeath any household goods and personal effects she
wishes to retain.
Any household goods and personal effects remaining after satisfaction of the above
bequests, my Executrix is directed to sell the remaining items. The proceeds from the sale
of any remaining household goods and personal effects shall be included in the residue of
my Estate.
If my daughter, Kathleen M. Young, predeceases me and my granddaughter, Kara
Nicole Young, is a minor, I direct all my household goods and personal effects are to be
sold as part of the residue of my Estate.
ARTICLE V
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate of
every nature and wherever situate as follows:
A. Fifty(50%)percent to my daughter, Kathleen M. Young.
B. Fifty(50%) percent to my granddaughter, Kara Nicole Young.
Should my daughter or my granddaughter predecease me, I devise and bequeath
her share to her then living issue, per stirpes.
ARTICLE VI
Should my granddaughter, Kara Nicole Young, entitled to a share of my estate,
not have attained the age of eighteen (18) years of age at the time of distribution to her, I
devise and bequeath her share to my daughter, KATHLEEN M. YOUNG, IN
SEPARATE TRUST, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the share so received, and the
accumulation of income thereon, and to use and apply the income and principal, or so
much thereof as, in Trustee's sole and absolute discretion, may be necessary or
appropriate for her education (including trade school and college education,both graduate
and undergraduate) without regard for her parent's ability to provide for such education,
or to make payments for these purposes, without further responsibility, to such issue or to
such issue's parent or to any person taking care of such issue. Any principal and income
not so used or applied shall be distributed to my granddaughter, KARA NICOLE
YOUNG, when she attains the age of Eighteen (18) years. If my granddaughter dies
before attaining the age of Eighteen (18) years, the Trust shall terminate and such share
shall be distributed to her personal representative.
In the event my daughter, KATHLEEN M. YOUNG, shall fail to qualify or cease
to act as Trustee, or if said Trustee shall predecease me, I appoint my son-in-law, SCOTT
YOUNG, as successor Trustee.
ARTICLE VII
I nominate and appoint my daughter, KATHLEEN M. YOUNG, Executrix of this
my Last Will and Testament. Should my daughter, KATHLEEN M. YOUNG, fail to
quality, or cease to act as Executrix, I nominate and appoint my sister, CYNTHIA S.
HUBLER, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
ARTICLE VIII
I direct that my Executrix and Trustee, or her successors, shall not be required to
post bond for the faithful performance of her duties in any jurisdiction.
