KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that HUMANE SOCIETY OF
HARRISBURG AREA,,7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, does hereby
-acknowledge ;that upon the signing of -this Release, HUMANE SOCIETY OF
HARRISBURG AREA will receive from Peggy A. Quick, Executrix of the Estate of
Beatrice H. McCombs, late of the East Pennsboro Township,County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,the sum of Five Thousand Three Hundred Nine Dollars
and Twenty-Six Cents (55,309.26). In addition, upon approval of the Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return by the Department of Revenue and payment of all taxes and debts,
it will receive one-third (1/3) of the remaining balance held in reserve in the estate
acco'un't;"in full settlement of any claim or claims that it may have by, under and because
of the Will of the late Beatrice H. McCombs.
AND, THEREFORE, HUMANE SOCIETY OF.,HARRISBURG -AREA,
intending to be legally bound hereby, does, by these presents, release, quit-claim and
dischar"g"'e' Peggy A.Quick,as Executrix of theEstate of Beatrice:H McCombs,-deceased,
and,her heirs and assigns,of and from all actions,claims and demands whatsoever,related
to the administration of this Estate.
HUMANE SOCIETY OF HARRISBURG AREA, has been duly advised of its
right to have Peggy A.Quick,Executrix,file with the Orphans'Court Division of the Court
of Common Pleas of Cumberland County an Accounting of the services she has rendered,
and;it.does_hereby specifically waive its right to have such an Accounting prepared and .
presented fo-the Court:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, on behalf- of HUMANE .SOCIETY. OF
HARRISBURG AREA, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this day of
