. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MAKE-A-WISH
FOUNDATION, Susquehanna Valley Office, 1054 New Holland,Avenue, Lancaster,
Pennsylvania, does hereby acknowledge that upon the signing of this Release, MAKE-A-
WISH FOUNDATION will receive from Peggy A. Quick, Executrix of the Estate of
Beatrice H. McCombs, late of the East Pennsboro Township, County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,the sum of Five Thousand Three Hundred Nine Dollars
and Twenty-Five Cents ($5,309.25). In addition, upon approval of the Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return by the Department of Revenue and payment of all taxes and debts,
it will receive one-third (1/3) of the remaining balance held in reserve in the estate
account, in full settlement of any claim or claims that it may have by, under and because
of the Will of the late Beatrice H. McCombs.
AND, THEREFORE, MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION, intending to be legally
bound hereby, does, by these presents,release, quit-claim and discharge Peggy A. Quick,
as Executrix of the Estate of Beatrice H. McCombs, deceased, and,her heirs and assigns,
of and from all actions,claims and demands whatsoever,related to o_ the administration of this
Estate.
MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION,has been duly advised of its right to have Peggy
A. Quick, Executrix, file with the Orphans'Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas
of Cumberland County an Accounting of the services she has rendered,and it does hereby
specifically waive its right to have such an Accounting prepared and presented to the Court.
