STATEMENT OF REASONS
Decedent left his estate to his wife and daughter. The
daughter, patricia A. Kirby assigned her interest to the decedent's
widow, Dorothy Rose Kling. Mrs. Kling advanced the cash funds
necessary to settle the estate and is awarded the real estate and
automobiles, in kind.
