Orphans' Court Rule and that the requisite notice, pursuant to Rule 5.6(e), Supreme Court
Orphans' Court Rules, is hereby given that you have ten(10) days to file�IZe Certification Report.
If the required 5.6 form is not filed in accordance with Rule 5.6(e)the Cc�urt will be notified of
such delinquency and the undersign will request that the Court conduct a liearing to determine
whether sanctions should be imposed upon the delinquent personal representative or counsel for
the delinquent representative.
