is 3 percent[72 P.S.§9116(a)(1.1)(i)].
For dates of death on or after January 1,1995,the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0 percent
[72 P.S.§9116(a)(1.1)(ii)]. The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax,and the statu±ory requirements for disclosure of assets and

That the said Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar($1.00) lawful

the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,

IT BEING the same premises which Robert W. Meyers, Executor under the Last Will and
Testament of Jacques D. Meyers, a/k/a Jacques Decker Meyers, Sr., by deed dated June 20,2014,
and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for York County,Pennsylvania on June
30, 2014, in Instrument Number 2014025052, Book 2283, Page 101, granted and conveyed unto
Jacques D. Meyers, Jr., and Robert W. Meyers, as Tenants In Common. The said Jacques D.
Meyers, Jr., a/k/a Jacques Decker Meyers, Jr., died on November 5, 2014, and the Office of the
Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County, Penns}�lvania, having admitted to probate
decedent's Last Will and Testament dated March 10, 2000, duly �anted Letters Testamentary to
DEBORAH A. MEYERS as Executrix, who along with ROBERT W. MEYERS,the exisfing and
surviving co-tenant are the GRANTORS HEREIN.
THIS IS A CONVEYANCE FOR NOMINAL CONSIDERATION PASSING BY WILL
FROM THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF DECEDENT TO THE DECEDENT'S
HEIR AND THEREFORE IS TAX EXEMPT UNDER 61 PA. CODE § 91.193(B) (7) AND
§ 91.159(A) REGARDING A TRANSFERS BY WILL.
UNDER AND SUBJECT,NEVERTHELESS,to easements, conditions and restrictions of prior
record pertaining to said premises.
TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings, improve�nents, ways, woods, waters,
watercourses,rights,liberties, privileges,hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any way appertaining; and the reversion and reversions, re�nainder and remainders, rents,
issues and profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof; AND ALSO all the estate, right,
title,interest,use,possession,property, claim and demand wliatsoever of the Grantors both in law

and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Lancaster County, Pennsylvania on
July 8, 2014, in Instrument Number 6152695, granted and conveyed unto Jacques D. Meyers,Jr.,
and Robert W. Meyers, as Tenants In Common. The said Jacques D. Meyers, Jr., a/k/a Jacques
Decker Meyers, Jr., died on November 5, 2014, and the Office of the Register of Wills in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, having admitted to probate decedent's Last Will and
Testament dated March 10, 2000, duly granted letters Testamentary to DEBORAH A. MEYERS
as Executrix,who along with ROBERT W. MEYERS,the existinb and surviving co-tenant are the
