Please note it is possible that Mr. Weber purchased the SBLs for �400.Q� apiece inasmuch as the Steelers offered a discount program in 199$ if the SBLs were purchased within a dafe certain. If Mr. Weber met the payment deadline(s) associated with the discount program, his SBLs would have cost $400.00 apiece. I suggest you and/or Ms. McArdle investigate Mr. Weber's accounting/bank recQrds to determine whether he paid $500.00 or $400.�0 apiece for the SBLs. Since the opening of Heinz Field in 2001, the Steelers have sold seat licenses to the general public. For example, in 2006, the Steelers sold seat licenses for what wa� then the new North Glub section of Heinz Field. The Steelers are also current{y ir� the process of selling se�t {icenses for the new South Plaza section of Heinz Field. There were likely also occasions when the Steelers resold seat licenses to the general public that had reverted back to the Steelers as a result af non-payment or violations of M�in�. Field's conduct policy. The Steelers cannot comment upon or confirm that the "value of Mr. Weber's seat licenses is the purchaselacquisition price." I can contirm, however, that if Mr. Weber's seat licenses had ever reverted back to the Steelers to be resold to the general public, the Steelers would likely have charged the r�ew purchaser the same amount that Mr. Weber had originally paid for the SBLs, i.e., either $4�Q or $5Q0 apiece.
